  • Conditions: Replacement requests are subject to approval based on the nature of the reported defect. Items must remain unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Resolution: Upon approval, we'll arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional charge. Should the exact item be unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative or provide a refund.
  • Exclusions: Replacement requests do not extend to items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
